Ordering terms

Pickup only
Online orders are for pickup at 1734 U.S. Route 22 East, Scotch Plains, NJ. We do our best to have your order ready at the time you ask for. If timing matters, call us.
Prices and payment
- Our prices are shown on the site, and NJ sales tax is added to them.
- You pay in full by card when you order, through Square.
- If a price on the site is wrong, we will contact you before making your order.
Service fee
Each online order includes a service fee that covers what our payment provider charges us to process your card. Sales tax applies to the fee. You see the fee at checkout before you pay.
Cancellations and refunds
- To cancel, email info@subslingers.com or call 908-322-6897.
- Orders cancelled before we start making them are refunded in full, except the service fee, which covers our payment provider's cost and can't be refunded.
- After we have started, we decide case by case.
- Refunds can take a few business days to show on your statement.

Allergies
Our kitchen handles wheat, milk, egg, soy, sesame, fish, shellfish, peanuts and tree nuts. Tell us about allergies in Special instructions or by phone and we will do our best, but we cannot guarantee that any item is free of allergens.
